I'm going to tell you what's going on in something that is going to change how deliveries

are done in the United States quicker than you and I may be psychologically ready for.

So this has been a great economic cycle for people who see a better opportunity and

change jobs.

But unfortunately in too many states, too many people have been squashed like a bug and

not been able to go get a better job that pays more money because the employer upon hiring

had them sign a hideous document called a covenant not to compete.

I hate these things.

I hate them.

It's not to compete or a way that employers try to enslave their workers, control their

pay, their working conditions, promotions, everything by making it impossible for them to earn

a living going to work for someone else.

And now a number of states have either eliminated covenants or are reducing how you're affected

by them and it's something that has got to change because we've got this enormous problem
