You know, they only work four times the crew inside the NBA until only four

times before Christmas when they ratchet things up. I guess the NBA has just conceded that

really their season doesn't begin until Christmas. We always felt like that's when people

began to pay attention. They've got that crew that they're spending billions of dollars on

and they've got them working four times before they get out there in December. That's crazy. I wouldn't know what the schedule was were they just every Thursday, every week, but when they were on Turner? Yeah, they were on all the time. Yeah, it was great. That's interesting. Yeah, I wonder how that's going to play and what they're allowed to say, what they're not allowed to say. You're going to learn a lot about the invisible hand of ESPN through the nature of that programming. But maybe they'll just be allowed to do whatever because ESPN allows McAfee to do what he wants on ESPN too. So hopefully. I would think that you don't spend what they spent to bring those guys over and not let them do their thing, right? You know who you're hiring. You know what that is. And you trust Ernie. So, you know, Ernie usually rains it in when it starts getting out of control, you know. So that's why he's there. That's why he's on the desk. He's great at it. But you don't bring in those guys and tell him don't be you that's that

six it's like six o'clock is a weird time to have their debut you know two games last night you get

a double overtime game that's that's good yeah that is a little strange strange. Weren't those 8 o'clock tips back in the day? And they were on a 7th. Look, I might be out of touch. Maybe they did already change these schedules. But I remember when ESPN really tried very hard through numerous combinations of hosts to elevate 6 o'clock sports center once again to a platform.

And it was a miserable failure.

So we'll see how they do in this regard.
