1:10.4	There is no end in sight to the partial government shutdown.
1:14.1	The Senate voted once more on Wednesday on a measure to fund the government temporarily and end the shutdown.
1:20.1	But the tally was the same as a failed vote the night before.
1:23.3	On this vote, the a's are 55 and the nays are 45.
1:27.1	Three-fifth of Senate duly chosen and sworn not having voted in the affirmation, the motion
1:32.6	is not agreed to.
1:34.2	Republicans offered a clean stopgap bill to keep funding into November, but Democrats
1:39.5	demanded policy add-ons, including Obamacare tax credits and rollbacks to parts of what President Trump
1:45.4	called his one big, beautiful bill. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries says Democrats do not
1:50.9	intend to back down. House Democrats and Senate Democrats remain consistent and in lockstep
1:56.8	in defense of the health care of the American people, and that's not going to change.
2:02.8	Republican Senator Steve Daines is urging his Democratic colleagues to support the temporary
