This is Gary Parrish again from CBS Sports and it's now Thursday, October 8th and this

is the Ion College Basketball Podcast.

I'm joined today as usual by my colleagues Matt Norlander and Sam Vassini.

It's been a pretty wild couple of weeks in college basketball first because of the NCAA

announcing its sanctions against SMU.

And because of an explosive detailing allegations rooted in the idea that a former Louisville staff

member got him Andre McGee allegedly secured prostitutes for Louisville players, recruits

and sometimes even recruits family members.

So yes, we are going to talk about the CBS Sports All-American teams and we are going

to talk about Scala Bissier's eligibility issues.

Let's start with the mess at Louisville and let's start with the development that I

broke earlier today which is this, Jekwan Lyle, the freshman at Ohio State who was initially

committed to Louisville, visited Louisville in June of 2013.

He met with the NCAA earlier this week and I'm told that he told an NCAA investigator

quote the truth.

He confirmed for them the gist of the allegations that were made in the book published last Friday

night by a self-described madame named Katina Pao.

For folks who haven't read the book, the allegations concerning Lyle is essentially that Andre

McGee arranged a quote show featuring four dancers slash prostitutes during Lyle's unofficial

visit to the school and in subsequent text messages, she confirmed or text messages

allegedly between her and Andre McGee, you know, confirmed that the show did actually

go down the way it was supposed to go down.
