| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to the Tuesday October 3rd 2017 edition of Tesla Daily Unofficial Tesla Podcast. My name is Rob Mauer. Today we're talking about |
| 0:15.3 | Key Three Deliveries, Model 3 Production Ramp, and our first look at Tesla Semi. Again, I apologize for the poor audio quality today. |
| 0:21.5 | I am traveling for work still, so I'll have one more day of this tomorrow |
| 0:24.5 | and then I will be back with my normal setup. Tesla stock on Monday closed up 0.13% to |
| 0:30.3 | 341. 53 cents this compared to the NASDAQ up 0.32. |
| 0:35.0 | Supercharger network update and drum roll. |
| 0:39.0 | We are at 1,000 supercharging stations. |
| 0:41.0 | We added stations in Kansas, Maryland, West Virginia and our 1,000 supercharging location, Franklin Park, Pennsylvania. |
| 0:48.0 | Okay, so Q3 deliveries, I don't know if you've seen any of the news on that yet. There's been a couple of articles on it. |
| 0:55.0 | Just to recap, Tesla NQ3 delivered 26,150 vehicles, which was an all-time high for any quarter. |
| 1:02.0 | 14,065 were Model S, |
| 1:04.8 | 11,865 were Model X, and 220 were Model 3. |
| 1:09.2 | My prediction for Model S&X was somewhere in between 25,500 and 26,000. |
| 1:14.6 | So we were right on the nose there. |
| 1:16.5 | I think that exceeded the market's expectation, so I was very happy with that number. |
| 1:20.7 | But based on model three VINs and how far we've seen we've seen Vins up to 521 |
| 1:25.0 | I assumed that model three deliveries were probably in the range of 300 to 500 |
| 1:29.6 | However, the deliveries only came in at 220. |
| 1:33.4 | And then the most important part of this report for |
| 1:36.4 | most everyone listening and for most everyone following Tesla |
| 1:40.3 | its model three production, we only came in at 260 model 3 is produced during the quarter. |
| 1:45.6 | So this is definitely well behind where Tesla was hoping to be at this point in time. |
