Today, I’m going to tell you how to lose belly fat and burn stubborn fat fast. If you have a slow metabolism, this solution is for you!
People who think they have a slow metabolism actually have an efficient metabolism. This means their body requires less fuel. To lose stubborn fat, you must get your body to waste more fuel.
The mitochondria are the body's “energy factories,” turning food into stored energy, known as ATP. Uncoupling occurs when the mitochondria make less ATP and more heat.
Resveratrol is a natural mitochondrial uncoupler. It’s found in grapes, cranberries, blueberries, dark chocolate, pistachios, and Japanese knotweed.
Resveratrol is also made into a powder supplement. One tablespoon per day can help reduce belly fat by encouraging mitochondrial uncoupling.
Ketones can cause mitochondrial uncoupling and improve the function of the mitochondria. Cold therapy, exercise, fasting, green tea, saunas, and jacuzzis also cause mitochondrial uncoupling.
The following factors can hinder mitochondrial uncoupling, making it difficult to burn fat:
• Excess calories
• Aging
• Sedentary lifestyle
• Heavy metal exposure
• Certain medications (statins, beta-blockers, Metformin, antibiotics)

0:00.0 | What if I were to tell you, you could take one tablespoon of something and help yourself lose more |
0:07.0 | belly fat? Would you be interested? If so, there's a really great natural solution. |
0:11.7 | And this goes beyond the typical, eat less. a really |
0:15.0 | exercise more, etc. |
0:17.0 | This talk is mainly for the person that has a slow metabolism |
0:21.0 | and they need an unfair advantage. But I need to really clarify something because people that say they have a slow metabolism actually don't have a slow metabolism. It's not that the metabolism is slow. It's just very efficient. |
0:37.0 | Okay, if we take a Hummer on the side versus a hybrid Camry. |
0:42.0 | What would be the main difference? Well, one is a gas guzzler and one is more |
0:46.0 | efficient with its fuel, right? The Hummer gets about 16 miles per gallon and a hybrid camry gets around |
0:52.3 | 51 miles per gallon. Huge difference. So with people |
0:56.9 | that have a difficult time losing weight, their real problem is deep in the |
1:01.1 | motor. The motor is just too efficient. They can go a longer period of time with less fuel compared to someone with a so-called high metabolism. |
1:09.4 | So the question is, how can we switch your motor over to a system that is more of a gas guzzler and you're in a situation |
1:18.4 | where you're wasting more fuel? |
1:20.6 | That would be a good goal, wouldn't it? |
1:22.2 | This is probably going to be a new term for you, but it's called |
1:26.0 | Mitochondrial Uncoupling. Well, the Mitochondria is the Energy Factory that turns food into ATP, |
1:34.0 | which is kind of like a storage form of energy. |
1:36.0 | And I think the best way to describe |
1:38.0 | uncoupling related to the mitochondria |
1:40.0 | to make it really simple |
1:41.0 | is that the mitochondria is going to make less ATP. it's |
