those well, having struggled with disordered eating myself many years ago. So along the way, I'll share

my own journey from disordered eater to health and nutrition journalist and anti-diet dietician.

So I launched this podcast a dozen years ago at this point, way back in 2013, and at the time, I was just

finishing up my clinical hours to become a registered dietitian and getting some specialized training and eating disorders.

I had started my career as a journalist 10 years prior, and because I was also deep in my own
