| 1:39.9 | to call yourself a warrior and don't think that your physical strength just has to be average. |
| 1:49.3 | All right? It's got to be, you've got to hold yourself to a higher physical standard, |
| 1:55.8 | most especially than the people that are around us in society today. |
| 2:02.4 | So it doesn't mean you go to planet fitness twice a week, man. |
| 2:08.9 | We're talking a different level. |
| 2:11.2 | A warrior does not view physical fitness as recreation or some means to stay healthy. |

| 2:21.9 | A warrior views physical strength as an essential attribute that increases his or her capability |
