I'm so excited that I don't even sing and I'm singing but I'm so

freaking pumped that I'm actually doing this you You guys, this is one of those moments

where I am like really proud of myself.

I'm proud of myself for doing something

that I've wanted to do for years and years

and I am so stoked to get so much good shit out there for you guys to help you

to help you in your relationship to help you with business to help you as a mom

to help you just really really love yourself and like I said, live your best life.

So let's get into where I come from, who I am, what I'm about, what brought me here, how I got here.

Some of you may know a little bit about my story,

but I guarantee you I'm going to be telling you guys things

on here that you have never heard anywhere else,

just because I'm sitting in a room alone by myself and it feels like I'm just talking myself.

Just kidding, I know I'm talking to like a ton of you guys, but that's fine.

I really, really, really am stoked to be able to share all of this information and all these tools that have got me where I am right now.
