Hello, hello and welcome to Drivel, the new podcast from me, TG.

Now this is a new experience for me.

This is my first podcast. I've appeared on maybe one or two other podcasts so far,

but this is my first foray into the world of podcasting.

I'll stop saying podcast now.

But effectively, this is going to be a spin-off from my existing platforms, a place where I can kind of speak a little bit more off the record and talk about things that I'm slightly more passionate about, but might not necessarily get the views on YouTube. This is going to be a little bit more interactive than YouTube. I'm going to be fielding kind of questions. I'm going to be interviewing people that you may know, interviewing people that you may not know. I've got a load of guests lined up for the podcast and I'm going to grill them in a way that probably I could not grill them on any other platform. So it's going to be something a bit different, something a bit new. And as I say, it's going to be slightly controversial in places. Those that have seen some of my videos where I kind of go off on a tangent and I start ruffling a few feathers, this is going to be a development of that. As I say, it's a new one for me and I'm really, really excited as to the future of this. There's loads of topics I really want to talk about on my other platforms, but I don't feel it's the right kind of medium. Instagram stories, if you start putting three or four of those up in a row, people think

you've lost the plot, talking to camera.

YouTube videos, if you just descend into one long rant, again, that's not going to get the views, and people are going to think you've lost the plot. Snapchat, I mean, no one really uses that anymore. TikTok. I'm not a gyrating 14 year old in a boob tube, so that's not going to work either.

Twitter, I don't know anyone that uses Twitter anymore. So yeah, here we go. Podcast time is 2020. Time to do a podcast. I've been asked about it for years and years and years. So here we go. I am welcoming all of your suggestions on the podcast. What do you want to hear? Do you want a YouTube channel to go alongside it as well?

Because I'm not going to lie, that's a lot of work, and I'm not really sure I can be bothered with that. But do let me know, what do you want topics-wise? What do you want, guess-wise?

And at times, I will just unleash and start going off and one about things that you might not have

even seen as an issue. But that's what's going to happen on this podcast. So make sure you subscribe, make sure you give it a thumbs up or whatever it is you do with podcasts. I'm aware that this will probably be on SoundCloud, Spotify and other things. I don't know. I'm having some help launching this, so it's going to be on all your normal medium. So whatever medium you listen to your podcast on, make sure you do the liking, the thumbs up, the following,

the subscribing or whatever it is you need to be doing. I will be assessing the initial feedback as to whether or not I kind of carry on with this. So yeah, please do get the pot. And I will
