0:22.9	What Most People Think. My name's Jeff Norkut. I'm a stand-up comedian. I'm a slightly right of
0:27.7	centre and I voted leave. So keep listening if that's already annoyed you. Okay. But what I'm trying
0:34.2	to do in this podcast, obviously some of it will be looking at political
0:38.2	issues from my own bias, but a lot of it is going to be just trying to get to the heart of
0:42.6	what ordinary people think, because sometimes in comedy we hear from very woke types,
0:47.4	you know, very progressive types, but really it's just a case of decent ordinary people with
0:51.8	no harm in their body that are just trying to come to a reasonable view on a subject. So the loose structure of it is,
1:00.2	is I'm going to be talking about politics of the last couple of weeks, because it's going
1:04.8	to be a bi-weekly podcast, hopefully. Don't hold me to that. And then we're going to look at a
1:09.4	sort of a social issue, a kind of zeitgeisty thing, basically probably who's offended this week about something or something from the past. So on that note, the first two subjects are going to be. I had to wait to do this podcast because we're just waiting to see who's going to defect to the new independent group. So I have that news now.
1:28.5	So we'll be looking at that. We'll be looking at the labour split. We'll be looking at Honda.
1:32.8	And then in a sort of social kind of, I don't know what I call this bit really. But there was
1:37.4	an interview with John Wayne, basically, that has got some attention and scrutiny on Twitter

1:44.8	that interview from 1970. But yeah, I think you've probably got a sense of where I'm going on
1:49.4	that one. Then we'll have a bit of bollocks, basically, just a fun subject. I'll be looking at
1:53.5	middle class people and their relationship with energy. They're obsessed with having more
2:00.6	energy. And then at with having more energy.
