It is partly located in Davidson County and partly in Williamson which is the 16th wealthiest

county in the nation.

It is also predominantly white.

Of its about 40,000 citizens, almost 90% are white.

There have only been eight homicides in the city's history since it was incorporated

in 1969.

I want through all of the statistics at you, but basically it is safer than about 74%

of the rest of the country.
