The new country, 963, second, second, second, second date update. We got Trisha on the line this morning. She gave us a call because she went out with AJ, had a great first date. Unfortunately, has not heard from AJ since. We're going to try to help her out this morning. So first of all, Trisha, tell everybody how you met AJ. We met online. Okay. Sounds like you're apologetic about that. We meant online. No, it's not a cool story or anything.

It's just we met in an app. We were just going back and forth with messages for a while. And then after, I don't know, maybe like a week or so, we were messaging back and forth, decided to get together and get a drink. And how did that go? I don't know because I thought it went really well. But now I haven't heard anything back, so I'm kind of second-guessing everything. I mean, I had fun. I thought he did. All right. Well, let's contact him, see if we figure out what's going on, see him get to your second date, okay? Okay, that would be great. All right, Michelle, you got the keys.

Well, she said you guys had a great first date, but then she said she never heard from you after that and asked us to give you a call on her behalf. Yeah, okay, okay. Um, look, here's the thing. Dress is great. There was a fine date and everything. Um, but when she showed up, she was in this, like, really fancy, like, black dress and kind of made me a little nervous, and I asked her as, like, a joke, or, you know, I was like, oh, I didn't know that we were supposed to dress up for this. I felt really underdress.

And she let me know that she had just left a funeral to come to that date. And, yeah, and I don't know. Like, it was weird. It threw me off my game. I felt like I didn't really act like myself for the rest of the night

to our first date like right after a funeral.

2:36.8

Yeah, you know, I don't think I've ever heard of her day going from a funeral to a date. Yeah, who does that? Like, honestly, who does that? It's so weird. But it's so freaked you out that you just, like, decided to move on from even though the date was kind of good? Yeah, I mean, the date was fine. And I'm, you know, I mean, there wasn't a whole lot of like spark. I mean, it was a fine first date. It wasn't, you know, love at first sight, but it also wasn't complete disgust. But I don't know. I guess it's for me, this person just showing up from a, from a funeral, to go to a first day just really rubbed me the wrong way. Well, here's the deal. Tricia gave us a call, and she said the date was great. She didn't mention anything about the funeral or anything. She is on the other line. Can we bring her in on this conversation just to kind of find out more about why she planned to do a back-to-back kind of thing? Yeah, I mean, I guess since I, I ghosted her, I guess I deserve this. Yeah, go ahead, sure. Maybe we shouldn't use the term ghost in the side of it. Yeah, don't say that again. Anyway, Trisha, are you there? Yeah, I'm here. Is that true that you, like, we're at a funeral and you left the funeral to come to the date? I mean, I didn't leave the funeral to come to the date. I didn't, like, walk out mid-service. But, yeah, I did come straight after a funeral. Yeah. I didn't think it was that weird just because, like, okay, so let me just say, I think it would be weirder if it was like,

4:14.4

my mom, but then I just go straight to a date. Like, I don't care. I'm not broken up, right? But it was my dad's business partner. I didn't really know the guy. I met him like a couple times. My dad just like wanted me to be there for some reason. And I even told, I was like, I don't really know the guy.
