0:13.3	First, I'm going to talk to you about a recent paper that appeared in the JCO entitled
0:17.5	Comparison of Population-Based Observational Studies with Randomized Trials in Oncology.
0:22.6	It should be called Concordance of Observational Studies with Randomized Trials on the same clinical questions in cancer medicine.
0:30.6	Can observational trials replace RCTs?
0:34.6	Because that's really what it's all about.
0:36.6	And I'm going to give you at least
0:38.3	eight points about this paper, mostly positive, but a couple of little quibbles with it.
0:45.7	Next, I'm going to talk very briefly about some articles that I won't even name, but these
0:51.8	are articles that lament physician's use of Twitter.

0:59.3	I'm going to try to point out why it's not a good idea to fight progress.
