And he appeared in court in Duluth yesterday

charged with stealing the Ruby slippers worn by

Judy Garland in the Wizard of Oz. Apparently he's been living in Grand Rapids.

I think there's a Judy Garland Museum there and

yeah and and he's gonna die shortly. He's nearing the end he was on oxygen the whole time he was in court and the judge was rather kind to him.
