In other words, a sled that's passing itself off as the locals have called it art. it's a bunch of cardboard painted a look like

bricks with flames coming off the top painted on the side of it is the third

precinct in the absence of snow I guess it was pushed down the sidewalk or something in a crowd that's that I'm looking at in the picture that's uniformly white
