All around Tallahassee today, there are parents who celebrated early this morning when they told their kids to get up, get out of bed, grab their stuff, and go.

And I say that as a very loving and appreciative father of both my boys.

But I, ooh, man.

I mean, think about it.

We had the two weeks off, two weeks plus off with the holiday.

You just start to get back into the flow of things.

F and polar vortex comes flying through here, shuts down school for a week.

That means three of the last four weeks your kids have been in your hair.

Or in my case, just around me. I don't have hair to get it to.

So I did. I gave him a strong hug this morning.
