In the interest of being fact-based, I feel the need to correct Mr. FYI's statement.

Ronnie Specter, whose voice is very distinct, obviously saying for the Ron Nats.

I believe he was thinking of Darleen Love when he was speaking of the singer,

who's saying on many of Phil Specter's recordings.

I saw Ms. Love a couple of years back at the Ordway, and she told the story of recording.

He's a rebel, a song she didn't even care for, only to find its Specter had released it

with the crystals as the artist.

Also, I believe it was Goldstar Studios in L.A. that Specter mostly used and employed

their wrecking crew for his musicians, Jeff Pedro and Roseville.
