The private army of the Wagner group headed by a man named Pregosan. If we come upon him in the biography, it mentions he's a chef.

If we come upon him in biography deeper back, he's a children's illustrator, is a teacher, but right now he's an outspoken adversary of the Kremlin, especially the army part of the Kremlin.

This is unusual. They're not using pistols on each other. They're using the internet, mill bloggers, the television channels around the world, and the future of Russian leadership.

And until a very good evening to you and your colleague, George Beebe, have written a Mr. Pregosan and his unhappiness with the general staff with the leadership in the Kremlin, especially when it comes to the army.

We need to establish some of these personalities. Pregosan has a bald head looks to me like Ernst Blowfeld of Spectre, the famous James Bond enemy.

However, he opposes Shoggo, the defense minister and Gerasimov, the chief of staff of the Russian army.

That would seem to be punching up. Is it true that they command the heights over Pregosan, a mercenary leader? Good evening to you.

Hello, John. Well, it's not entirely clear now who commands the heights.

Because until the Russian invasion of Ukraine, one would have said no question. Shoggo is the defense minister. Gerasimov is the chief of the general staff.

These are the people who have full authority under Putin, of course, everything is under Putin over the armed forces.

But Pregosan has also always been close to Putin. He was criminal. He was in the 1980s.

He was arrested and sentenced several years in jail for robbery and armed assault.

But after being released, he fit in quite well with the general atmosphere of Russia in the 1990s.

He set up a catering firm of all things, which then got a very lucrative government contract to serve the Russian government.

He became known as Putin's chef. Then he branched out from that to create a private military company.
