The World Bank is forecasting Russian economic growth in 23 to be very unhappy.

The World Bank says decline by 3.3%.

But it's important to look inside how Russia is adapting to the sanctions and to the war

fighting and to the demands on the budget, the Kremlin budget.

I begin saying that the demands on the budget you report also include what we call transfer

payments.

That is direct payments to people because of Social Security or Medicare and Medicaid.

I believe that is a large percentage of the Kremlin budget or at least it has been here

to four.

How is that part of the Russian economy doing?

Are the people without strong means getting what they need from the state?
