Former President of the United States Donald Trump indicted Inman Hatton for charges that

lead to a felony, 34 counts were told by the New York Times.

What to focus on.

The unprecedented nature is my first thought, and I go to Victor Davis Hanson of the

Hoover Institution, right, you can American greatness about the fact that it's unprecedented

and what that means.

Victor, a very good evening to you.

Everything's happened in the United States history of almost 250 years, except what we

just witnessed, the indictment of a former president or a president, and the indictment

itself establishes risks.

What risks Victor, good evening to you.

Good evening, John.

There's a lot of risks.

First of all, it's open season on the opposition party, and we have literally thousands of

local and state prosecutors analogous to Mr. Bragg.

And we have a whole array of democratic and liberal candidates that live or conduct business

in their jurisdictions, i.e. conservative jurisdictions.

And I think the conservative traditionalist are trying to adjudicate whether responding

in kind would stop this insanity or it would just increase the spiral to the republic.
