to look at the recent controversy over the pardon

by the President of the United States of his relative,

his son, Hunter Biden,

for all crimes he committed or may have committed between 2014 and right now.

And that puzzled me only because I don't understand what a pardon can do, what the power of it is.

So I look to an article written by Andy for the National Review online or Fox, one of the other,

he writes for both, and in it was this sentence that I could not answer.

Why worry any longer about 2014 to 2016 if the statute of limitations has already expired?
