Man's name is Mushara, General and President Mushara.

Born 1943, died 2023, a Pakistani military officer and a politician,

General Pervese Mushara. What is important is that General Mushara became President Mushara

in 1999 of Pakistan. And he was in authority on the days of the attack and afterwards,

on the United States, on Washington and New York, that became the long war.
