Dr Space. David Livingston is here as my colleague and co-host and we're going exploring.

First to the surface of the moon. A lander privately launched, Slim, is on its side

transmitting on the surface of the moon somewhere in the range of horizon of the

South Pole.

Another lander Odysseus on its side still transmitting on the surface of the moon.

And then we race off to Mars and look at ingenuity.

The brave little flying toaster associated with perseverance

now landed and not to take off again because a rotor is broken.

Not to forget FELI, the brave little lander on Comet 67P that fell over and was lost for some time in a crevice on the comet, but now found again on its side.

All of these accidents on purpose successes are part of the, as I understand it, human heritage of space exploration.

who's not only the executive director of the Air and Space Law Program

at the University of Mississippi,

and its Center for Air and Space Law, not only the

editor-in-chief of the Journal of Space Law, but also co-founder and president of the

organization for all Moon Kind.
