overseas and what appears to be a turning point in the Gaza war after the ceasefire or whatever looks like a ceasefire has lasted for many days.

There is talk about hostages.

There is talk about exchanging promises for a two-state solution.

There's talk from Mr. Erdogan in Turkey of offering sanctuary to Hamas in some fashion

outside of Istanbul.
