there is the significant matter of the Ukraine War, undecided at this point, with the

EU and NATO both committed, as is the United States except, I welcome Anatole Levene of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft.

He directs the Eurasia program at the Quincy Institute.

And in conversation with three of his colleagues these last days which is available

at the Quincy Institute as well as a transcript. Dr. Wolfgang Struck,

Maritus Director at the Max Planck Institute in Cologne, Dr Molly O'Neill, who is Quincy

here in the United States, and Matias Matisse of the Dean Atchison chair, an associate professor of international political
