before he knows the results of the November 24 US election, according to an unnamed senior

US State Department official leaving a meeting of foreign ministers in Brussels at NATO headquarters. This news follows within days rumors

from a German newspaper that Washington and Berlin are pressing Keith to negotiate with Russia now.

This news follows articles in important dignified publications in Washington.

I'm thinking especially of foreign affairs, suggesting that it is time for Keith to lower

its expectations of driving the Russians out of Crimea and Dunbar and

come to the negotiating table.
