They're not to be expected to do sidewalks. That's the responsibility of the homeowner.

They've failed miserably. But the streets are quite literally dangerous. There's been no indication

of salt or sand anywhere in St. Paul. It's just a pathetic situation and again a reminder that

the salon has our interests not very close to their hearts and it's a shame because

you just can't get around and pedestrians I would issue a dire warning to pedestrians. You can not

take a chance to cross the street and hope that some moron will stop because you can't stop

on the streets of St. Paul. I'm talking the surface streets, the side streets. Well it's hard to stop

too when you're trying to send out that last text message. Joe and his snowstorm. That's so it's

it's 11.53 a.m. and right now on the system there's there's too many crashes to count. I couldn't

believe it. I'm going to say right around 50,000 wrecks on the system. Kenny driving in we talked

about this earlier but driving in I could not believe what I was seeing. Okay, okay Chris, okay,

okay, sorry. It's only it's maddening as a traffic guy for you know most of my adult life.

That's all I get is people as soon as they see me in the hall they got through me up full of
