1:26.3	claims by trumps lawyers that presidential immunity could even include the
1:30.9	assassination of a political rival if the president were not first impeached.
1:36.5	Ron DeSantis was asked about it.
1:38.3	Nicki Haley was asked about it.
1:39.6	Let's look at their answers starting with the failed Florida governor.
1:43.0	Let's talk about how you view, let's talk about how you view the powers of the presidency
1:49.0	because your opponent Donald Trump was in court yesterday for a hearing on presidential immunity.
1:54.5	And Governor DeSantis, I'm wondering if you agree with the argument that Donald Trump's lawyer
1:58.3	made in court that a president should have immunity for any conduct in office including as the judge
