First you talked about building a replica of Mount Everest and how much dirt that would take.

Then you talked about L.A. needing to dig a giant reservoir to provide water for fighting fires.

Can't you see it?

L.A. digs the enormous reservoir and gives the dirt to Disney, which builds a replica of Everest. Tourists flock to the new attraction, resulting in more

spending, and more taxes collected in L.A. Wow, that's the perfect plan. Uh-huh.
