A few years ago, I was fortunate enough, I think, to get turned on to archery.

I started shooting Trabbo or traditional bow initially.

That's what you did first, as you got on to archery.

I picked up a hoi buffalo just randomly at some archery shop because I was looking at compound bows.

There's so many strings and buttons and lights and shit.

And then it's got to be customized to you and draw length and all that stuff.

So that intimidated me to the point where I was like, I just got to get this stick with a string.

Then John turned me on to, it's like you should get something that you can actually hit your target with.
