Now, let me tell you a little bit about Rob.

Rob has been a real estate investor

in the short-term rental space for the last four years. He recently quit his six-figure job

in advertising to pursue a career as a content creator and full-time real estate investor.

In January of 2020, he started the Rob Builds YouTube channel, where he showcases his tiny places

and unique spaces to an audience of over 125,000 subscribers. As of today, Rob owns 14 short-term

rental properties with plans to double his real estate portfolio within the next year and plans to grow his YouTube
