| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the French Kiss Life podcast, all about living with more elegance, style, and joie de vivre in your everyday life. |
| 0:08.1 | I'm Tanya Lee, your hostess, and thanks so much for tuning in. Let's get started. Hello everyone. |
| 0:29.6 | I am so excited. |
| 0:32.2 | And let me tell you why. |
| 0:33.3 | I think I'm always excited when I record these podcasts. |
| 0:40.1 | But here's what I'm excited about this week. I am getting ready to unplug for five days. Five whole days without internet. I know. |
| 0:50.2 | It's crazy in this day and age. But this is a trip that I look forward to every year. I go to Lake Powell. If you've never been, put it on your list. | 2:06.2 | not like me. I don't try to convince them that I'm a good person or that we should be friends or that |
| 2:14.4 | they're just really misguided. I just walk away. And what I can tell you is that walking |
| 2:22.6 | away from these types of situations always means that I am walking towards more, towards more |
| 2:29.3 | of the things that do support me, the people I don't need to convince and towards more joy and more of what I love. |
| 2:38.0 | Now, I know that some of you listening are probably a lot like I used to be. I thought that if the |
| 2:46.3 | whole world didn't like me, that something was really wrong. And what I've come to learn is that, you know, |
| 2:54.1 | we all have different preferences, right? Like when you go to a restaurant and you look at the |
| 2:58.5 | menu, there's certain things on there that you just do not want. And it doesn't make those things |
