So much of this episode, the space episodes we've done in the past, matter of fact, so many of the episodes in general have to do with information in the modern age and what

people are faced with when they're given information.

In one way the information age has put so much at our fingertips but in another way it's a bit of a mind trap

I'm gonna run an article that I wrote a long time ago. Jason's gonna read it

and the possible pitfalls and mind traps that come along with information.

After all, every time you are

confronted with information, whether it's consciously or subconsciously, you're

faced with a decision. There's no way around it. Now I have allegorized this to the alchemical

means that I believe are employed with information in the modern age. So much of the false

news cycles and other things that were faced with depend on a kind of a mind trap where, well let me back up for a second. Back in the day, let's use this as an example back in the day in the

60s when people were shown the moon landings they got one shot at it not only did

they get one shot at it the quality of the imagery they were being given and the information was not that great.

There was really no way to record it for most people and they were at the mercy of whatever

their television set was going to show them.
