And I was talking to an athlete and they were asking my opinion about supplements.

And for that individual, I said, you know, try any ones that you want.

You know, of course, within reason, but any of the anti-inflammatories and whatever else is new and comes around CBD, you know, try them all.

And if you're a high level athlete, take advantage of that placebo effect for sure.

I don't necessarily think that there was working on the physiological level that we think they are.

I don't take any supplements and I just think that you can get a lot of what you need from your nutrition.
