That is super exciting, but also super overwhelming, if we're being honest.

Bridget and I both remember our first year of teaching and how it felt like there was so much

I know we have said it before, but we're going to keep saying it. Don't compare

yourself to other teachers. I'm going to make a parallel to my house because I just feel like

there are a lot of similarities and my house is completely taking up all of my time lately.

Buying a house is a lot like your first year of teaching. You have all of these visions of what

you want to see come to fruition,

and you see these Instagram pictures of other houses, and you want to achieve that, but you have to

keep in mind, a lot of those pictures are from people who have been living in their house

and improving it for years. This isn't all going to get done in a single day or a week or even a year and that's okay.
