Today we're talking about Uber,

Tesla's legal battle with Michigan, and Model 3 depreciation.

Tough day for the stock yesterday,

closing down 2.76% to $3.36 cents as compared to the NASDAQ of down 0.5%,

definitely a tougher day for Tesla than the overall markets.

I didn't see any Tesla specific news that would

have drove this diversion from the overall markets, so I think we just had a tougher day probably

based on some technicals. Currently in the pre-market we're up about half a percent to $339.55.

Supercharger network update.

We are currently at 946 superchargers internationally.

One new supercharger opening in Taiwan for the fourth supercharger in the country.

In the news today we hear again from Jason Callicanis.

You may remember from last week, he is one of the few people that has taken delivery of a model three he's an early

investor in Tesla as well as Uber he's in the news again this week because he has

suggested the possibility that Tesla should merge with Uber.

Calicanus sang on Friday, if those two companies were together,

they would beat everybody at transportation.

They're on a collision course for sure.

So historically, Uber and Tesla have not been competitors.

Tesla's obviously a manufacturer, Uber a ride hailing app.
