When I decided to take a month-long break from airing new episodes of the show so I could focus on my health,

Last week I aired an episode about journaling, a hobby that I absolutely love, but that I've allowed to be kind of pushed to the back burner in the last few years as I've been busy producing the podcast.

And you'll be happy to know that I really have prioritized record keeping again over the past couple of weeks.

I've been sorting through my photos and getting those all organized. I've been writing in my one-line a day journal every night, and I've even taken some time on Sundays to journal a little bit more in depth.

So I'm trying to reclaim that part of myself that I really love that I've missed.

And today I chose this episode because it represents another aspect of my life that I've kind of let go by the wayside in the past year, and that is friendshiping.

Oh, and that makes me kind of sad to have been out loud because you guys I used to be a really good friend.

It's always been something that's so important to me. I prioritize staying in touch with people from all the phases of my life and making sure that they know how loved and valued they are by me.
