So there was so much that I had to unlearn. And then I just started making little like testing myself,

like little moments at a time, like 10 minutes at a time of like, okay, if I felt alive today,

like what type of person would I become? Well, I would take a shower. I would put a little

freaking underwear like something. And then I just started doing these little things not for like the way

that I looked, but the way that I felt. And slowly, slowly, slowly, I started to notice little

subtle shifts. And then yes, I did have to learn boundaries.

Yeah, I had to watch how other people projected their opinions on who I needed to be.
