along with a very special guest indeed. Dr Mark Harris has saved multiple lives in his role as a

clinical oncologist and is here to answer your questions on cancer and staying safe in the sun this

summer.

Mark, thank you so much for battling your way across London.

You have my admiration that you were even able to do that after a day's work.

I know it can't be an easy job to find your way out to the sticks here,

but first of all, I want to jump straight in and get Dan the question that probably everyone wants to know is, how are you? I'm great, mate. Yeah, I'm good. I'm good. You know, it's, um, you know,

last year was was full bore, as everybody saw in the podcast. My recovery was really quick.

You know, things look very promising for me at the moment.

You're never out of the fight.

I think it's fair to say with it, you know. And I'm, because I've had such great training mentally,

I'm able to, most of the time, 99.9% of the time, go full steam ahead.

I've just done four weeks of filming in France. And you just have to live, you know, and make

every day count and, you know, and just really just make the best of things.

And that's what I'm doing.

If you sit there and worry about it coming back, then you can worry your life away.

And that's what I used to be like.

And fortunately, I've had good training to be the opposite.
