Hi everyone, welcome back to the Wellness Cafe. Thank you for joining me again today and coming to hang out with me. I'm your host, Trinity Tondaleer.

Oh my goodness, everything seems to be against me getting this podcast up on time and consistently. The reason there was no episode last week was because

Brody Knight had a family emergency in BC, so we pretty much packed up in five minutes and just headed straight out the door to drive there, but we were able to have a little R&R, a little relaxing weekend in Vancouver before heading back home. So that was a nice way to end the stressful week. So that is why I know I feel like all of a sudden I just popped up in BC, no warning, but yeah, that was not a planned trip.

1:04.5

But we made the best of it and if you follow me on Instagram, oh my goodness, I thought I got my wallet stolen, so that was a disaster. I couldn't find it for a couple days and it had my ID in it, it had my credit card, it had everything.

1:21.5

But the whole time Brody Knight were looking for it, we just kept saying that we felt like we had it because you know when you're on the road and kind of living out of your car, I want to say, not living out of it. Obviously we were in hotels and his family's houses, but when you just pack up and have so much in the car, it can get pretty messy.

1:40.5

But anyway, I usually kept my wallet in the glove compartment and then I guess because it's so thin, it fell into the back of the Jeep, like fell inside and then all the sudden it was Saturday morning in Vancouver and we were driving and it just fell out of like the bottom onto my feet.

2:00.5

So I ended up finding my wallet, last week was kind of a disaster, I didn't have any content plan before I went, so that is why once again there was no episode, I am so sorry, things just keep not going my way, but here I am and now I'm trying my best to get an episode of for you guys this week.

2:20.5

Today we are serving how to get out of a funk and my reset routine because like I said just we left so abruptly and living, not living, but being on the road and road tripping especially so far can get really messy and just you're not in your routine.

2:46.5

So obviously as soon as I got home, I was eager to just get back into the swing of things, get back into my routine, work out, eat healthy, and the things I did when I got home can kind of count for any reset routine, whether you're just getting home from vacation or if you're trying to get out of a funk.

3:06.5

So the steps that I'm going to talk about today can really work for any situation, so I thought I would share them with you guys because you really seem to like my lifestyle, just healthy lifestyle tips and stuff like that seems to really help you guys and I want this podcast to be inspiring and motivational towards you guys, so I want to give you what you want to hear.

3:27.5

But let's get into what I'm having today. I am on a health food kick. You know that feeling when you're away and on road trips, it can be hard to eat. Always the best food especially on the go, you don't want to make very many stops.

3:46.5

So the past couple of days since I've been home, I've just been eating all the fruits and veggies and it feels so good. After I film, I'm actually headed to the grocery store, not film, record. I always say film. After I record, I'm headed to the grocery store to get things to make some homemade juice.

4:04.5

I have a juicer and I never use it basically because it is such a disaster to clean up, but I'm really motivated to make some juice right now. I'm thinking of going to make some plain celery juice for the morning and I also like to do a juice with some carrots and apple.

4:21.5

It kind of sounds like a weird mixture, but my mom always did that mix when I was young. She had a juicer as well and I loved it and I'm just, you know when you just know that you really need to fuel your body with some more fruits and veggies. I feel like juicing is a great way to do that, especially if you have it pre-made in your fridge, you can get it out, drink it whatever.

4:41.5

I just really want to get some more fruits and vegetables into me, so I'm really into that.

4:46.5

And then moving on to what I'm grateful for this week, if you guys missed my first episode where I kind of described these first little segments of the podcast.

4:57.5

During what I'm grateful for, I encourage all of you to think of one thing that you're grateful for in your life or this week because it can be hard sometimes to stop and appreciate the good things about you.

5:10.5

So just in case you all missed the first episode and you are a new listener, hi, first of all, so grateful for you and second of all, I encourage you to just take five seconds to think of something tiny you're grateful for doesn't have to be big, but just something good that's happened to you recently.

5:29.5

So I know that this is the same thing as I said last time, but I'm really just so grateful for all the love I've been receiving on my social media, all the support and on the podcast.

5:42.5

Even though for the life of me, I can't seem to get this podcast up on time, but I'm working on it and I will get there.

5:49.5

But I will never stop being grateful and telling you guys how much I love you and how much your support truly means to me, I could not do any of this without you.

5:58.5

And for what I am working on, most of you may know I was able to go full time being a content creator and it's something that makes me just genuinely so happy.
