You know what they cost?

They're free but they could make you a lot of money or save you big money.

Today I've got an update on what was a ridiculous debacle at Vanguard and investors that out

of nowhere were clobbered with giant tax bills even though they didn't change a thing they

had not withdrawn their money.

So who travel?

A little complicated this summer and there's a meltdown with the airlines and I want to

tell you how best to protect yourself with what's going on with travel, some things that

are normal strategies in my playbook might not be in yours.

You need to adopt them.

So Vanguard.

Vanguard is basically a credit union for investing owned by its members.

And so being that type of organization, a co-op, you think that Vanguard would do what was

best for all its members.

But no, Vanguard did something sneaky, dirty, underhanded and ended up sticking a lot of

its smaller investors with ugly, massive tax bills.

What Vanguard did is there's a product you've heard me talk about a lot, a Target Retirement

Fund where if you're not really somebody who's into investing, you get confused by

it whatever, it's a set it and forget it kind of thing.
