embryo angling habitats. Now, as well as managing one of the biggest fishery portfolios in the

country, Matt is an incredible big carp hangar on the quiet.

Not that he'd ever admit it, but those who know that Matt has caught a string of mouth-watering carp from some waters under the radar and some that we can talk about.

Matt, welcome to the podcast. Hey Rich, you're right? Yeah, I'm very good. And actually,

what people won't know is that this is the second time I've interviewed you across a table at

Corder Towers, albeit a different building. Yeah. I think the first time we met, again, like

academic point, but the first time we met, I sat in on some interviews for the job you now have

with Dan, the embryo job. You're the main man at embryo.

How long ago was that, Matt?

That was nearly eight years now.

Unbelievable.

It's crazy, isn't it?

Yeah.

And talk to us a little bit about, I mean, the job's still good.

You're still doing it.

Matt, it grows in scope by the minute, presumably. It does, yeah. Yeah, it's very, I don't think. There's a great one of him in action there, Richmore. Oh, here we go. Just a procession of, yeah. Thanks to the boys in the Embryoroffice. Yeah, absolutely. They were very thrilled with a selection of pictures they sent me in that. Is that actually a realistic portrayal of what it's like to be the main manate embryo? Or is in fact, are you on the phone, on the road, behind a computer more? What's the score? That would have been what it was like.
