0:24.9	Again with us before, um, election is coming up and we just wanted to chat before we went in and want to hear everything that you're doing and everything that you're trying to do for Houston, the second go around.
0:36.8	Well, there's an election coming up.
0:38.8	Oh, it's good to be with you, JT.
0:40.8	It's been exciting working with you on number of projects.
0:45.8	So yeah, there is an election coming up.
0:48.8	It's a contentious one.
0:50.8	It's, it's consequential too.
0:53.8	Everybody says that every election, you've heard it from, you know, if you follow Bolognics every time somebody gets on the stump, they're like, this is the election that matters.
1:03.8	Everything changes with this one.
1:06.8	But I think there's a rational argument to be made that this one is pretty consequential.
1:10.8	Just because on paper, the policy differences are so extreme.
1:15.8	They've never been that extreme before.
1:17.8	And, and that's not because Republicans have gotten more extreme.
1:20.8	I'm just going to buy us, of course, when we're Republican.
1:23.8	But I think that's objectively true.
1:26.8	We do not have policies that are any different than we did 10, 20, 30 years ago.
1:31.8	So the Democrats have wildly different policies than they did even five years ago.
