She is back for a third discussion with me. She was on episode 2, back when we were first first starting.

She was also on episode 50 and today she's

back to dive in all about what it's like to be an SLP in the home health

setting. So I know a lot of times we talk about being an SLP in the sniff or in acute care and a lot of you have requested to just talk about home health.

So she is here to do that for us.

And Tiffany is a board certified specialist in swallowing andowing and Swallowing Disorders from Indiana.

She owns a mobile fees company and she is also the author of the Dysphasia Ramblings blog which I know we all know and love.

She also does many talks for Speech pathology.com

and Summit Education.

And her most recent accomplishment

is she, as well as her co-author Yvette McCoy.

Just released the Adult Dysphasia Pocket Guide from Neuroananumet Clinical Practice.

It's a Pocket Guide that was put out by plural publishing and I had the honor of

thumbing through it last weekend. It's an excellent guidebook and I'm not just

saying that it really truly is. At the end of each section has a clinical applicability section so I think that's what's so great

and something that I think is so overlooked in a lot of textbooks these days so they are not paying me to say this

I just I'm really proud of them for their work and I really do

think it's going to be such a valuable tool to our field so it is the day before

Thanksgiving my mom's currently downstairs trying to figure out how to thaw my

turkey and what we're going to do with it tomorrow.
