0:35.5	But first, let's listen to a TSA from Jennifer. She says,
0:40.5	report cards. Fifth grade, all subjects, 30 students, standards-based grading. Oh my gosh. Yeah.
0:50.4	Report cards are a huge time-sucking hurdle. There's something we can't necessarily avoid.
0:55.9	I mean, they have to get done. But you can become more efficient with your grading so that it takes
1:01.0	less time. And hopefully this episode will help with that. Yeah, absolutely. I think grading goes right
1:06.3	along the lines of completing your report cards. So I think if you have a really good grading system
1:12.4	to be able to look back to, then completing your report cards is going to be a lot easier.
1:17.5	Yeah. We did an Instagram post at the end of January and we asked you all which one you would
1:22.8	choose. So your choices were no grading, no meetings to attend, no copies to make, or no emails to answer.

1:34.1	Like we were so surprised because we don't feel like grading is that big of a TSA.
