Summary

Everyday we forget tasks that need to be completed because we fail to process the information and write it down. So often, we tell ourselves “Oh, I need to remember to…” only to forget it with little hope in recovery of what we intended to do in the first place. We have a solution to this problem!    The Notes app is a free app that comes standard to Apple devices. You are able to take and store various types of notes and access the information across all Apple devices that are connected to the cloud. This application has the potential to store brain dumps, checklists, recipes, gift ideas and more.    Learn how we use this app to increase our productivity, reduce forgetfulness, and organize various aspects of our life. You’ll discover the WHAT, WHY and HOW of the Notes App.    SUBSCRIBE & REVIEW Are you subscribed to our podcast? If you’re not, I want to encourage you to do that today. I am so excited about this episode. But first, before we get into the needy-greedy,

0:38.6

let's have a TSA from Kimberly. She says, when you have your to-do list for every day ready to go,

0:45.9

but as the day progresses, other seemingly important tasks start to accumulate. Before you know it,

0:52.6

your to-do list of three things has turned into

0:55.2

10. This can result in staying a few hours after school to play catch-up. H-E-L-P, help.

1:03.8

I need somebody help. Do you know that song? I love that song. Okay. So I'm going to give a

1:09.9

little tough love here. All right. My question to you, Kimberly,

1:14.3

is why do you need to do those tasks that day? Now, there's two options here. Okay. Either those tasks

1:22.3

really don't have to get done that day. And if that's the case, you can spread them out

1:27.3

into your power list

1:28.2

throughout the week. Option number two is that you are not planning far enough in advance.

1:33.8

So you are getting bombarded with tasks that you could have had done sooner. Honestly, I mean,

1:40.7

again, this is tough love. So I'm sorry if it hurt your feelings, but I don't think that many

1:45.1

unexpected but important tasks come up on a daily basis. Yes, unexpected things do come up,

1:52.2

but usually it's like, hey, I have a week to get it done. And if that's the case, like I said,

1:56.5

spread it out later in the week. Or if that many unexpected important things are coming up,
