I'm a football guy first. And there was something that caught my attention today. I wanted to bring it up.

So on Thursday, I caught a couple of sound bites from some NFL quarterbacks. That's right.

There's some sound bites. And it got me thinking of Aaron Rogers. Now, let's start with mature quarterbacks for a second here, and I'll weave my way to the immature Aaron Rogers.

Now, not necessarily known as the beacon of maturity.

One, Baker Mayfield.

So Baker Mayfield and Lamar Jackson,

they are eligible for contract extensions.

And so they're being asked about this. Like,

hey, is this on your mind? Are you starting to get itchy about getting a deal signed? So let's start with Baker Mayfield. Here's what he said about being eligible for a contract extension.
