Okay, here's one that when I saw this, I go, oh yeah, this is going on this show.

I'll tell you, I have many times told you about crazy U.S. cases. In fact, I'm starting a podcast in a couple of

weeks, and I think I'm going to do one of the podcasts on crazy ass cases that only in America,

because no other country allows this kind of stuff. I mean, they would laugh you out of court.

Well, this one actually was laughed out of court. So let me give you the facts on this one.

It's a case in which a Missouri woman sues Geico, why? Because she was stooping her partner and he negligently infected her with human

papilloma virus, HPV, which is an STD. They had sex in his 2014 Hyundai Genesis.

She argues he was aware that he had HPV but didn't tell her. He had HPV and they had unprotected sex.

And it resulted, the HPV resulted in past and future medical expenses, mental and physical pain and suffering.

Okay. I think it's a good lawsuit against him because if you have a transmittable disease and you don't tell someone you're aware of it, I do believe there is an issue here.

But here's the fun one.

This guy has no money, but he has good insurance.

She is suing the insurance company, saying because of what happened, his negligence, while was a insured by geico therefore they are responsible just

like if he hit somebody like he was driving negligently and i have uh i had no idea you know maybe

they were passing people how do they know they even were having sex?

Were people passing that he did they think she was bobbing for apples? I have absolutely no idea

in the car. So, uh, there is no issue as to the facts. This is what happened, right? They're in

the car. I'm assuming the backseat, stooping their brains out. We know he has HPV.

We know he didn't tell her.

They had unprotected sex. She got it. So she goes to court, and this is against Geico.

She goes to court, and what do you think the lower court says? The district court, this federal court,
