This is a case about transgender, transgender issues.

There is a transgender woman, formerly a man, Leah Thomas.

In 2022, she won in swimming the NCAA individual title.

So she is now going out for the Olympics because the winner of the NCAA swimming competition,

I mean, that is world-class stuff.

So she now goes out for the Olympics and the U.S. Olympic team or the U.S. Olympic committee says, no, no way. Absolutely no way.

Now, she tried to sue, but the court for arbitration of sport, I mean, there is a whole thing there,

where there's a whole legal system going up.

And that court ruled in arbitration that she lacks standing for her challenge because the rule of swimming's world governing body does not allow women who are

formerly men or men who are formerly women to engage in Olympic sports, particularly swimming.

And so what is going, what's happening here? Well, the policy dictates that a male to

female transgender athlete can be eligible if the transition was before the age of 12. Now,

there's a whole world to that. Someone transing, transitioning before the age of 12?

Man, how controversial is that, huh?

Or before they reach two of the puberty, Tanner stages.

I have no idea what that means.

Okay, so what's going on with this?
